Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and relationship management for raw materials and components.
• Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with production planning to ensure alignment between supply chain capabilities and manufacturing schedules.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain operations.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, quality issues, and geopolitical factors.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize inventory, logistics, and procurement processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced supply chain planning software (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder)
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA or other major ERP system implementations/optimizations
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sustainable supply chain practices
