Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Adult Home Care

Job Summary: Centrima Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low‑stress, relationship‑based setting. We are currently looking for LPNs and RNs to join our team for several high‑priority 1:1 openings in the Battle Creek and Kalamazoo areas.

• Patient: 7‑year‑old child.
• Clinical Needs:
  Broviac and G‑Tube management.
• Environment:
  Friendly home with 2 cats and 2 bearded dragons.
• Schedule:
  
  Mondays, Tuesdays, & Fridays | 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM.

• Patient: 2‑year‑old child.
• Clinical Needs:
  Trach, Vent, and G‑Tube.
• Environment:
  Living with Mom, Dad, and 1 sister. No pets in the home.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

• Patient:
  Adult recovering from a 2020 motor vehicle accident (C1 ASIA‑C SCI and TBI).
• Clinical Needs:
  Neurogenic bladder management (intermittent straight cath), UTI monitoring, ADL support, and mobility assistance (ambulates short distances with a walker).
• Schedule:
  
  7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day).

• Patient: 69‑year‑old female (Quadriplegic).
• Personality:
  Super sweet, loves elephants, gospel music, and action/comedy movies.
• Clinical Needs:
  Trach changes, suctioning, cough assist machine, ADLs, and fall prevention.
• Environment:
  Clean, friendly home with a highly involved family.
• Team environment:
  There is always a nurse and an aide working together.
• Schedule:
  
  Mon–Wed and Sat–Sun | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care).
• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs.
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Communicate with families and care teams.
• Maintain safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

• Full‑time, part‑time, and per diem shifts available.
• Day, night, and weekend shifts.
