Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
- Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical and control system failures on production lines.
- Commission, test, and validate new automated machinery and processes.
- Optimize existing control systems for performance, reliability, and safety.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production teams.
- Create and maintain detailed control system documentation, schematics, and standards.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ether Net/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Proven experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated manufacturing systems.
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics and control panel layouts.
- Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
- Robotics programming and integration experience (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB)
- Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
- Proficiency with SCADA/MES integration and data historization
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols and architecture
