Routing Manager

Billy Heroman’s Flowerland is looking for a high-energy Routing Manager to lead our delivery team and ensure our floral arrangements and event props reach their destinations with speed, care, and precision.

The Routing Manager oversees the logistics and productivity of the delivery department. This role is responsible for routing all floral deliveries from the main hub, coordinating with remote locations, and managing driver performance both on the road and during in-house tasks.

• Master the Route: Plan and manage the flow of all floral deliveries from our main location, coordinating seamlessly with our remote stores.
• Lead the Team: Oversee, train, and mentor our Delivery Drivers, ensuring they are productive both on the road and in the warehouse.
• Event Logistics: Partner with our Events Manager to prep, deliver, and set up props and plants for events
• Quality Control: Ensure every arrangement is in peak condition before it leaves the store and that our fleet of vehicles is organized, clean, and fully stocked.
• Operational Support: Assist the Warehouse Manager with inventory and flower sorting, ensuring our team is always moving efficiently.

• A Natural Leader: You know how to motivate a team, manage schedules, and keep things moving even when the pace picks up.
• Directionally Savvy: You have a natural sense of direction, can read maps/GPS with ease, and know the city streets like the back of your hand.
• Detail-Oriented & Safe: You prioritize "Care in Handling" for our delicate products and maintain a strict focus on safety and vehicle maintenance.
• Versatile: You’re comfortable working in a greenhouse or outdoors in various climates and are ready to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

• Age/License: Must be at least 21 years old (for insurance) with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Horticulture is a huge plus.
• Experience: Knowledge of plant care and the ability to use basic tools (pruners, saws, etc.).
• Availability: Full-time (minimum 36 hours/week), typically Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with some nights and weekends for events.
