• Have at least 1 year of verifiable flatbed experience within the last 3 years.
• Possess a valid CDL A license with a flatbed endorsement.
• Be proficient in operating a tractor-trailer with a 48-foot or longer trailer.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatchers, shippers, and receivers.
