About the Role:
Do you enjoy being part of a fun and active environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic Pickleball Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team! As a Pickleballer
, you will oversee the daily pickleball court assignments and scheduling while assisting players with basic pickleball needs.
Responsibilities:
- Check-in guests/players
- Offer guidance and encouragement to players in a fun and safe environment
- Promote sportsmanship, inclusivity, and a love of the game
- Support court setup, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with staff on programming, marketing, and community outreach
- Manage daily inquiries regarding lessons, clinics, court assignments
Qualifications:
- Organized, Tech-savvy, assertive, intelligent, and self-motivated
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player
