• Promptly fulfill customer service requests
• Conduct daily rounds to check mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and safety concerns
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and heating system repairs
• Prepare and turn over vacant units/suites
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Perform light carpentry, drywall repairs, and touch-up painting
• Participate in after-hours on-call duties as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the property interior and exterior
• Address safety risks immediately, such as fire alarms and trip hazards

• High school diploma
• HVAC certification
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Excellent diagnostic skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail and urgency in completing tasks
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently
• Professional and friendly attitude with prospects, residents, and colleagues
