Service Technician 1 – Rite‑Hite

A Rite‑Hite Service Technician will install, maintain and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. The technician acts as a technical resource for our customers and sales force, working independently or in small teams in a field service environment and serving as a primary customer contact.

• Install and maintain loading dock equipment and industrial doors.
• Repair equipment and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Provide technical support to customers and the sales force.
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment.

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Prior experience repairing or installing industrial equipment.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, pre‑employment drug test and DOT physical required.
