• Diploma/GED, plus any extra trade credentials
• 2+ years of experience
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Knowledge of pumps, compressors, and gear-reduction systems required
• Understanding of instrumentation, sensors, and electrical controls preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and precision measuring tools

• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and document tasks in CMMS
• Repair motors, belts, sensors, switches, bearings, and other components
• Support warehouse equipment, including forklifts and conveyors
• Collaborate with team members and train operators on equipment and safety
