As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. The role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
- Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
- Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
- Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate information clearly.
- Impact team through defined duties, methods, and tasks as described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job‑related experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Meet physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
