• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including pipe fitting, brazing, and soldering of refrigerant piping.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, and emergency services on HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, supervisors, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Complete detailed work orders and reports accurately using company‑issued iPad/iPhone.

• Competitive hourly rate: $31–$42/hour ($64,480–$87,360 annually). Overtime approved by supervisor.
• Per diem: $55/day with lodging provided for authorized out‑of‑town travel.
• Paid Time Off: 48 hours starting, escalating to 168 hours with tenure.
• Paid Holidays: 7 annually.

• High school diploma or GED (Minimum Education).
• 2–5 years HVAC experience, EPA certification, valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and wear PPE.
• Ability to pass drug and background checks.
• Preferred: HVAC apprenticeship, Journeyman’s license, or technical training.

• Service van, iPad, iPhone, PPE provided.
• Work tools: hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges.
