Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of fleet repairs and preventative maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.
- Diagnose and repair systems such as ABS, braking, hydraulic, light engine, pneumatic, and other related systems.
- Utilize diagnostic software to assist with troubleshooting and efficient repair processes.
- Accurately document work time, service reports, and equipment status to ensure precise billing and record-keeping.
- Operate a service truck to reach various customer locations, ensuring a professional presence and communication with customers.
- Make informed decisions surrounding vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining service truck and truck inventory.

Qualifications- 2 years of experience performing repairs on trucks and trailers, including mechanical, electrical, brake, and suspension systems, with hands-on use of diagnostic software and tools for troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical skills with proficiency in the repair and service of truck and trailer systems and components; experience with advanced diagnostics is preferred but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong verbal and documentation skills, with the ability to work well with others and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
- Must own basic tools required for the job.
- Vocational or technical certifications are highly valued; ASE certification is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 70 pounds and be capable of climbing, kneeling, twisting, and bending in a variety of work environments.
- Welding experience a plus.
- Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team.
- Full Time
- Approximately 40–45 hours per week, with additional hours as needed based on workload and customer demand.
- Weekday schedule with limited nights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.
