Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Hourly Rate: $30 - $34 per hour ($62,400 - $70,720 annually based off a 40 Hr. work week) + Overtime when authorized by Leadership
• Paid Time Off:
  Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure
• Paid Holidays: 7 annually (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas)

For those who become eligible mid-plan year, you’ll be placed in the Cash Bonus option for that year, with the award pro-rated. Full plan details will be provided after your start date.

As a Mobile General Skilled Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining business properties, ensuring they stay in top condition and helping clients avoid costly repairs. Operating from a fully equipped service vehicle, you’ll handle general repairs, small service projects, and deliver inspection and maintenance programs. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various appliances, equipment, and building elements (walls, windows, doors, etc.).

You’ll also support our trade-specific technicians with minor HVAC and plumbing services.

• Perform general repairs and small service projects

Secondary school diploma or GED required. Preference for trade school education in building-related courses. Relevant training certifications are a plus.
