- Go into clients’ homes to diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment.
- Help customers make informed and confident decisions about HVAC solutions.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
- Maintain a friendly and professional work environment.
- Two (2) years of experience as a residential HVAC service technician is preferred; any driven, hardworking employee is welcome.
- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A clean driving record.
- NATE certification is a plus.
In addition to a stocked company vehicle, cutting‑edge technology, and a friendly work environment, this position also includes 100 hours each year of training and access to our in‑house NATE training and certification.
