Envolve Community Management owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. Success is measured by resident satisfaction. We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for one of our communities in Baton Rouge, LA.

• Direct other staff members.
• Delegate assignments to ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
• Perform repairs on walls, HVAC/air conditioning, heating doors, cabinets, and closets.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• 5-10 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• HVAC & EPA licensed.
• Strong background in HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry in multifamily properties.
• Has own hand tools and specialized HVAC, plumbing, electrical tools.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
• Available to work overtime and accommodate emergency on‑call schedule.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Foundational CPO certifications preferred.
• Background screening and drug test required.
