Patrol and monitor all areas of the hotel, including entrances, guest floors, parking areas, and back-of-house;
Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems for unusual activity;
Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and guest or employee reports of suspicious behavior;
Enforce hotel policies and procedures, including access control and loss prevention measures;
Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
