Field Salesperson – Food Processing & Packaging Machinery Sales (Arkansas & Louisiana Territory)
Candidate must reside in Arkansas or Louisiana. Full‑time position.

As a Field Salesperson with Reiser you will be responsible for sales growth, gross profit, and building strong customer relationships across Arkansas and Louisiana. We seek a dynamic, confident sales leader who has experience selling processing or packaging capital equipment to food plants.
Essential Functions- Professionally represent Reiser’s food processing and packaging equipment solutions to new and existing customers in Arkansas and Louisiana.
- Build a pipeline through cold‑calling, networking, and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally.
- Share best sales practices with the Reiser team.
- Engage with sales industry associations.
- Facilitate quotations, product samples, and deliveries.
- Collaborate closely with the field service team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Five or more years of experience selling food processing and/or food packaging capital equipment (experience with meat/protein industry preferred).
- Aggressive, enthusiastic, and determined with a proven track record of success.
- Understanding of selling equipment with an added service component and working closely with the service team.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask.
- Willingness to travel 50‑70% overnight during the week, primarily across Arkansas and Louisiana.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
