- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
- Execute territory sales strategies through in‑person and virtual communications
- Identify and address territory‑specific opportunities and barriers to product success
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or related sales experience
- Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience noted above
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
- Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools such as and Oracle
- Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
