You’ll have unrestricted territories, access to shared company trucks, and extensive in-house training to set you up for long-term success.

• Perform roof inspections and educate homeowners on damage and solutions
• Assist customers through insurance claim process professionally
• Attend adjuster appointments and install days
• Maintain strong follow-up with homeowners and insurance companies
• Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and trust
• Stay organized and consistent with CRM and team updates

• $60,000 – $150,000+/year (Uncapped Commission + Bonus Opportunities)
