• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash and perform opening/closing duties
• Process daily administrative paperwork and track goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (up to 7 hours per day) and lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability, including nights and weekends
