Responsibilities:

• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensure customers understand the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash and perform opening/closing duties
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18
• Physical ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (up to 7 hours per day)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
