We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Medical Spa Receptionist and Sales Associate. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will be crucial in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our services and products.

• Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the spa's calendar.
• Provide detailed information about our services, packages, and products.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate treatments and products based on their needs.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and spa environment.
• Procure, place, promote and manage product inventory
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.
• Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting upselling opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a spa or wellness setting
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sales and upselling abilities
• Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional and polished appearance
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
