Responsibilities:

• Assigned an established book of business providing prospecting opportunities for new sales and immediate income through a collections commission for premiums collected each month.
• Conduct frequent personal home visits with new and existing customers to collect premiums, conduct sales of new policies, and address other service needs.
• Manage your own book of business to expand earning potential.
• Represent Kemper in a high‑performing, value‑driven culture that emphasizes personal development and community service.
