We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our Baton Rouge furniture sales team at our Airline Drive location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is motivated by performance‑based earnings, and wants long‑term growth in retail sales.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
- Guide customers through the furniture sales process using strong product knowledge
- Stay proactive and attentive throughout each customer interaction
- Use sales tools and systems to close sales and meet performance goals
- Follow up with customers to build repeat business and long‑term relationships
- Manage open orders and resolve customer concerns with integrity
- Maintain a positive, coachable, and goal‑driven mindset

- Coachable and open to ongoing sales training and performance feedback
- Comfortable using basic technology, point‑of‑sale systems, and digital communication tools
- Prior experience in retail sales, furniture sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Reliable, professional, and able to work a full‑time retail schedule
