D1 Training Baton Rouge – Sales Associate

Daily lead calls to educate prospective members about D1 and help them reach their goals. Schedule consultations, assessments and trials that lead to membership sales. Perform membership, personal training, small‑group and team training sales. Cold‑call, network, build relationships and generate business. Assist at front desk and maintain cleanliness of the facility.

• 1 year of cold‑call sales experience.
• 1 year of face‑to‑face sales experience.

• Ability to meet daily call volume requirements.

• $14.00 – $18.00 per hour (dependent on experience and productivity).
• Salary range based on full‑time hourly pay, plus commission incentives.
