We are seeking a talented Virtual Sales Specialist to join our Deployment Solutions team and partner with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry.

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers, delivering effective sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions—including calls, emails, and appointments—in the CRM system.
• Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to health‑care professionals and office staff using educational resources and support materials.
• Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional virtual communication with health‑care professionals and office staff.

• BA/BS degree (minimum requirement).
• Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a history of documented success.
• Expert selling skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• Experience in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.

• Psychology experience and at least 1 year of specialty sales experience.
• Virtual sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, with the ability to quickly learn and convey complex product information to healthcare professionals.
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
