Job Summary

The Vascular Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share for Bard Peripheral Vascular products within the New Orleans territory. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, providing clinical and technical support, and effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to post‑sale follow‑up.

Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas for Bard Peripheral Vascular products within the New Orleans territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, cardiologists, cath lab staff, and other key healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and in‑service training for customers on the proper use and benefits of Bard Peripheral Vascular devices.
  • Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, ensuring optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively position Bard Peripheral Vascular solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, clinical, and customer service to leverage resources and address customer needs.
  • Manage territory expenses and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM system.
  • Participate in national and regional sales meetings, product launches, and professional conferences.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a life science, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of successful medical device sales experience preferred, with a strong preference for vascular or interventional cardiology experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated clinical and technical skills for understanding complex medical devices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., ).
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including some overnight travel.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Residency in or willingness to relocate to the New Orleans territory.
