Flooring and Custom Window Treatment Sales.

LocationStudio / Showroom located at 4665 Perkins Road (On Perkins by College) Baton Rouge, LA 70808.
ProductsWe feature Hunter Douglas Blinds, Shades and Shutters and offer top name brands in Flooring including Karastan, Nourison, Stanton, Fibreworks, and Coretec.
TechnologyWe use RFMS, the industry leader in flooring software for Customer Relationship Management, Estimating, and Quoting. We also use industry leading texting and email software for customer communications. Candidate should be comfortable using Computer and iPad.
TrainingOngoing Sales and Product training provided.
Compensation- Base Salary Paid Weekly.
- Commission Paid Monthly Based On Installed Sales. No commission cap / no commission limit.
- Expense / Mileage Reimbursement Paid Monthly.
- Monthly Cell Phone Allowance.
- Expected First Year Range $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 entirely dependent upon sales effort and product knowledge.
- Group Health Insurance Benefit with Generous Employer Cost Share.
- Best Retail Work Week Available -- Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.
