• Deliver a world‑class customer experience and surpass sales goals.
• Share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery.
• Build genuine connections with fans, fostering loyalty beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a seamless, on‑brand operation.
• Work flexible hours, often during evenings, weekends, holidays, and promotional periods.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented seller with a proven ability to exceed individual and store goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a sense of care and empathy.
• Charismatic and able to charm and captivate audiences at all levels.
• Minimum 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Flexible schedule, with availability from 4 hrs/month in low‑traffic periods up to 12 hrs/week during peak seasons.
• Ready to step in during high‑traffic events or when additional coverage is needed.
