We are currently looking to build a team of incredible relationship builders, conversation havers, and wireless technology gurus. A key member of this team is our Senior Wireless Sales Expert who is responsible for supervising the customer experience and helping to remove any obstacles for our employees and guests. Our Senior Wireless Sales Expert is technology savvy, sales-focused, and laser-focused on guest satisfaction.

• Brand Ambassador – Ensure the center is comfortable, welcoming, and always open for our guests. Bring your authentic self to work in a way that reflects our core value of Happy Employee – Happy Customer.
• Relationship Builder – Build relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership. Active listening, solution-finding, and conversation initiation are key.
• Product and Services Expert – Receive world‑class training on our products and services. Translate technology into real‑world conversations; explain a SIM card with similar clarity as explaining a PB&J sandwich.
• Obstacle Remover – Make decisions to help customers get everything they need. Resolve escalations, exceptions, and technology troubles, ensuring the team has the tools and resources.

  Skills:
  
  
  • High school diploma, or equivalent experience, is required.
  • At least 2 years of retail management (keyholder) experience in an environment where you have talked to customers about their wants and needs (e.g., beauty providers, phone providers).
  • At least 1 year of Sales and Customer Service experience in the wireless industry.
  • Experience operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Schedule and Attendance:
  • Retail store is open six to seven days a week. Hours vary between 9 am and 6 pm most days.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise.
  • Responsible for light cleaning (dusting shelves, cleaning counters, emptying garbage cans).

• Maximum Salary: $52,500
