Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer at Mondelēz International.

Join our team to fulfill merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, Bel Vita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits per Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing photos of displays ড.
• Order product via iPad tablet to ensure in‑stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Communicate any issues with the management team if negotiated plans with store onderhouden are Sasha not met.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to maximize efficiency.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally push/pull >50 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous retail or grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Baton Rouge, LA (or within 25–35 miles of Zachary, LA).
• Schedule availability Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; start 7:30 a.m.
