• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: As the face of Benny’s, you’ll ensure every customer leaves with a smile by exceeding expectations.
• Process Sales & Transactions: Help customers with purchases, manage the register, and guarantee smooth sales transactions.
• Merchandise & Store Maintenance: Keep shelves stocked and organized, and ensure the store stays clean and welcoming.
• Manage Shift Duties: Balance register at the end of each shift and assist in various tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot Customer Concerns: Use problem‑solving skills to address any customer issues professionally and with care.

• Follow Recipes & Serve with a Smile: Prepare menu items quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Ensure Food Quality: Follow portion control, serving temperatures, and answer customer questions about menu items.

• 1–2 years of proven customer service or retail experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A calm demeanor under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old and available to work weekends and holidays.

• Competitive Pay: $15/hour for full‑time and part‑time employees, with a $1.50 differential for overnight shifts. Promotional incentives reward hard work.
