AboutAs a part‑time Service Lead you are a keyholder and member of the leadership team. You will help ensure every guest has a positive, inspiring experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Help drive store‑level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking appropriate action to achieve store targets
- Keep your team focused on guest engagement, sampling and product knowledge
- Maximize overall performance through product knowledge, coaching and leading by example
- Assist in training, development and motivation of team members
- Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering and inventory management
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Enforce policies, procedures and operational directives consistently and effectively
- Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A passion for meticulous quality and strong organization
- Bias toward action and ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 75 pounds
