What We’re Looking For:

• Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong initiative
• Effective communicator who collaborates well across departments
• Background in a healthcare setting preferred
• Experience preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and managing audits and budgets
• College degree with at least 15 hours of Accounting credits
• Proficiency with Windows applications and spreadsheet tools
• Knowledge of HIPAA and safety practices applicable to accounting roles

Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements, ensure accuracy in journal entries and classifications, and support various special projects—all while coordinating accounting functions across departments using current technologies and systems.

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements in line with organizational standards
• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts, including compiling all necessary schedules and documentation
• Execute special projects including:
• Year-end inventory observations
• Support for annual budget preparation
• Deliverables for internal and external audits
• Survey preparation and specialized reporting
• Ledger maintenance and other reporting duties
• Leverage accounting systems and software to input, retrieve, and manage financial data
• Perform additional duties as assigned
