• Base pay range: $14.00/hr – $27.00/hr
• Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour (the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).
• Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

• Greet customers and provide sales assistance.
• Maintain merchandise displays and inventory organization.
• Assist with painting and fabric cutting tasks as needed.
