Join our team to create an inviting shopping experience for our customers.

Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising and stocking to supporting customers. Cross‑train for cash register and front‑end duties as needed while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment, interacting professionally with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.
