As the face of Benny's, you will deliver outstanding customer service, manage sales transactions, maintain a clean and welcoming store, balance the register at the end of each shift, and troubleshoot any customer concerns with professionalism and care.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create an excellent experience for every customer.
• Process sales and transactions, manage the register, and ensure smooth sales transactions.
• Merchandise and store maintenance: keep shelves stocked, organized, and ensure the store stays clean and welcoming.
• Manage shift duties: balance the register at the end of each shift and assist in various tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and use problem‑solving skills to address issues.

• 1–2 years of proven customer service or retail experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers and teammates.
• A calm demeanor under pressure; remain cool, calm, and collected in fast‑paced environments.
• Must be at least 18 years old and available to work weekends and holidays.

• Competitive pay: $15/hour for full‑time and part‑time employees, with a $1.50 differential pay for overnight shifts and promotional incentives.
