Server catering business

Overview

Baton Rouge, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Experienced Catering Server for a fine-dining catering environment in the Mid City area.

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service at catered events in a fine setting
• Set up and break down dining areas, including tables, linens, and service stations
• Serve guests professionally, courteously, and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout events
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and event service standards
• Communicate effectively with event leads, kitchen staff, and fellow servers

• Previous catering or fine-dining server experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry trays, equipment, or supplies up to 40 lbs
• Ability to bend, stoop, and move efficiently throughout event spaces
