Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Baton Rouge, LA, for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, managing schedules, upholding quality control in food and beverage service, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. The role also involves assisting with hiring processes and maintaining smooth coordination among team members to enhance the overall dining experience.
Qualifications- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in staff management
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and interact with customers
- Knowledge and experience in Food & beverage operations (Spirits & Wine education is a plus)
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervision is required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business is an advantage
