- Delegate tasks to team members and report results.
- Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas:
- Kitchen – supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items.
- People – hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
- Service – deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring all staff is trained and key service areas are organized.
- Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate-owned and operated restaurant.
