Our restaurants operate professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchens. We hire dishwashers who understand high expectations for food presentation and maintaining spotless kitchenware. Our open-kitchen layout requires strong communication and teamwork. Responsibilities include proper dish cleaning, maintaining a clean station, following sanitation protocols, and performing opening and closing duties.
