Leasing Consultant

Audubon is an Atlanta-based firm specializing in the acquisition and management of multifamily properties across the Southeastern United States. Since its inception in 2003, Audubon has established itself as a leader in multifamily asset ownership and operations, currently managing 23 properties with over 5,000 units.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Baton Rouge, LA, for a Leasing Consultant. Responsibilities include assisting prospective tenants, managing the leasing process, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining resident satisfaction. The Leasing Consultant will ensure accurate lease administration, coordinate property tours, support resident retention efforts, and contribute to a positive and welcoming community environment.

• Experience with lease administration and managing leasing processes
• Strong resident retention strategies and a commitment to enhancing community satisfaction
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, prospective tenants, and team members
• Customer service expertise with a proactive and approachable attitude
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency with property management software and office tools is a plus
• Prior experience in property management or leasing is favorable but not required
