This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pest Control Technician located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Pest Control Technician will be responsible for the safe and effective application of pest control measures, performing routine inspections, identifying pest infestations, and developing preventive strategies. The role involves using mechanical and chemical tools to address pest issues, maintaining equipment, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Proficiency in applying pest control treatments, identifying infestations, and performing routine inspections
• Experience with operation and maintenance of mechanical and chemical tools for pest and vegetation control
• Strong understanding of safety guidelines, environmental practices, and regulatory compliance in pest control
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and handle physical tasks
• Relevant certifications or licenses in pest or vegetation control are preferred
• High school diploma or GED required; additional training or experience in pest control or related field is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
