In‑Home Veterinarian – New Orleans, LA

Base pay range: $85,000.00 – $ per year.

• Provide in‑home euthanasia and hospice care for geriatric and terminal‑ill pets.
• Guide families through end‑of‑life decision making.
• Collaborate with local veterinary clinics, extending their high‑quality care.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records and follow‑up communications.
• Operate the practice mobile unit, ensuring safe and timely travel between appointments.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS).
• At least 1 year of practicing veterinary experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance.
• Capability to perform repetitive motions (walk, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, stoop, stand, reach) throughout the workday.
• Comfort with prolonged periods of driving.
• Excellent manual dexterity, fine‑motor skills, and steady hands for medical procedures.
