What We’re Looking For:- Dedicated and compassionate caregiver with strong observational skills
- One year of LPN experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current Louisiana LPN licensure required
- Proficient in clinical duties including medication administration and documentation
- Ability to recognize and respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies
- Must maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with safety practices, including PPE use, hand hygiene, and emergency procedures

What You Will Do:Provide compassionate and professional nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Perform a wide range of direct and indirect resident care duties in accordance with the facility’s standards.
- Complete Nursing and Nutritional Assessments within 24 hours of admission
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
- Accurately document vital signs, interventions, and occurrences in patient charts
- Coordinate and consult with practitioners and clinical staff
- Recognize and respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies
- Conduct educational groups for residents
- Supervise activities when professional staff are unavailable, if qualified
- Perform clinical duties only if licensed and qualified to do so
- Report incidents of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation immediately
- Complete all documentation before the end of shift
- Carry out other duties as assigned
