What We're Looking For:- Empathetic, resilient nurse with a passion for oncology care
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills in emotionally complex situations
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Chemotherapy Certification Course required within first year
- Current Louisiana RN licensure required
- OCN Certification and active membership in ONS and BRONS preferred

What You Will Do:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to oncology patients as part of a dynamic and progressive team. Coordinate and implement nursing care plans that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in a complex clinical setting.- Deliver holistic patient care and ensure safe administration of chemotherapy and other oncology treatments
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient education
- Support patients and families through challenging diagnoses and treatment decisions
- Uphold patient safety, rights, and dignity throughout all care activities
- Communicate effectively with physicians, specialists, and support staff
- Participate in professional development and mentorship within the Oncology unit
- Maintain compliance with department protocols and evolving standards in oncology nursing
