Travel Nurse Source  is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Alexandria, Louisiana, 71301!

Job Opportunity – Critical Care ICU Registered Nurse – Louisiana

Schedule:

Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, full-time; every other weekend required
Highlights:
Mixed cardiac and medical ICU with diverse patient population including DKA, acute respiratory failure, MIs, CABGs, and ventilator management
Nurse-to-patient ratio of 2:1 for ICU patients and 4:1 for IMCU patients
No floating required – remain within your assigned unit
No on-call requirement
Temporary-to-permanent opportunity available for the right candidate
Comprehensive orientation and preceptorship with competency validation
Requirements:
Current Louisiana RN license or current Compact state license
BLS certification via American Heart Association
ACLS certification via American Heart Association (required)
One year of Critical Care experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
