This is a full-time, on-site Emergency Room Nurse role at Baton Rouge General Medical Center, located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Emergency Room Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in critical and emergency situations, assessing patient conditions, identifying medical needs, and collaborating with medical teams to execute treatment plans. The responsibilities also include administering medications, monitoring patient progress, providing emotional support to patients and families, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Proficiency in Emergency Nursing practices and Critical Care Medicine
• Strong abilities in general Nursing and Patient Care
• Knowledge and experience in Medicine, especially in emergency and acute care settings
• Valid RN (Registered Nurse) license for the state of Louisiana
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Prior experience in emergency or acute care settings is a plus
