What We’re Looking For:- Compassionate, team-oriented RN with a strong initiative and attention to detail
- Experience in nursing (1 year preferred)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Louisiana RN licensure required
- Proficient in patient assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strong documentation, communication, and patient education skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and safety protocols

What You Will Do:Coordinate patient care by integrating assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and support services.
- Collect and prioritize health data for physical and psychosocial assessments, involving patients and relevant parties
- Identify nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes based on assessments, prioritizing by patient condition
- Develop and document individualized plans of care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Implement interventions aligned with the care plan, ensuring timely treatments, medications, and education
- Delegate tasks appropriately while maintaining oversight and accountability
- Reassess patient condition regularly, updating care plans and evaluating treatment effectiveness
- Maintain documentation for assessments, interventions, and education provided
- Contribute to discharge planning and coordinate with support services
- Perform other duties as assigned
