* Job Description:

**** Scope of Position:
** Provide clinical support to the physician(s) and staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care. The lead nurse, in collaboration with the clinic manager, will implement standardization of processes throughout the department related to quality measures, best practices and infection control.  In addition, duties include training and oversight of nursing competencies throughout the clinic to ensure the continuity of care.

* QUALIFICATIONS:

** 1. Graduate of accredited school of nursing (RN);
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years general nursing experience; oncology and supervisor experience preferred.  3. RN, Louisiana State Board of Nursing license and CPR required;
4. Experience related to care of oncology patients.
